Repairs authorized based solely on a Surface Diagnostic are completed without warranty coverage due to the limited nature of the inspection. Surface Diagnostics are intended for very simple issues only. In most cases, a Comprehensive Diagnostic is strongly recommended — and in certain situations, it may be required before any repair work can proceed.
This in-depth inspection is the full package and includes testing all major functions, with a detailed report and photos. A $35 non-refundable bench fee is required, which will be credited toward your final repair cost if chosen to do a repair. This service is recommended for every repair to ensure a complete diagnosis — leading to a tighter, more accurate repair quote and helping prevent unexpected issues later on.
La’Marr Tech Repair provides professional in-home technology services with a focus on quality, convenience, and efficiency. Our standard rate is $95 per hour with a one-hour minimum, and time beyond the first hour is billed in 15-minute increments, which includes travel within 15 miles of our shop.
For locations between 15 and 30 miles, a travel fee of $25–$50 may apply, and visits over 30 miles are arranged on a case-by-case basis.
To help maximize convenience for our customers, discounts may be available when multiple jobs are scheduled in the same area, though availability is limited to certain days and times.
Same-day, after-hours, or weekend visits may incur additional fees.
